Auke de Vries
The pavilion is empty and closed but a sculpture has landed on the roof. Obviously the sculpture has been stuck ......... after the rain. The work of Auke de Vries is part of his continous search, already visible in the series Living in Trees: partly closed bodies, rising like tree houses. Watchtowers, not determined for martial purposes but to look over deliminations like birds. They build nests for security reasons highly in the trees and thus have the overview.
